Our family's katanas are Authentic and Genuine, each are Hand-Folded and Crafted to be used by Professionals in the field of Japanese Katana Dueling techniques, these are NOT the mass produced imitation swords nor "Wall-Hanger" swords. The Blades of our family's Katanas are folded from the Traditional Japanese Kobuse Folding Method in which is a Traditional Dual-core Steel/Iron Folding technique.  The Kobuse / Dual Steel Folding Technique makes use of the Shingane Cold Steel as the Inner-folding-core and outer layers are folded with the Premium-grade Hagane Cold Steel or Iron. The design and arch'tech of our family's Japanese Katanas are of professional precision and excellence, and only Premium-Grade Japanese Folded Cold steel / Iron fired from traditional Japanese Home Tatara Smelters are used to fold the blades. Steel / Iron Options available to be used for folding the blade: High-Grade Japanese Folded Cold Steel Premium-grade Japanese Iron Ore (Used only upon requests) Waiting Time is around 9-12 weeks as the sword will be hand-crafted on order. Upon purchase of the Katana, it is not neccessary for customers to pay for the full amount, but a 20% deposit will be required, and when the katana is completed in 9-12 weeks,  you will then be required to pay for the remaining amount due. (Photos of your katana will be taken for you before requesting the final payment) The Professional Samurai Katanas our family crafts are the corner stone among the Genuine Samurai weapons, all components can be modified to suit your preference designs, see below for photos of different grades of components that can be customized to fit the katana. The Handguard(Tsuba) is handcrafted with Forged Iron and the Handle(Tsuka) is professionally hand-cut and crafted from Japanese hard pine wood wrapped in Genuine Ray-skin. The blade is hand-forged and folded in either high-grade Japanese cold steel or Premium-grade Japanese Cold Iron Ore(Upon Request), the Saya(Sheath) is hand-cut and crafted from Premium-quality Japanese Hard-timber, and is hand-polished to finish, the Hamon is tempered using the traditional clay tempering techniques, which gives the Genuine Japanese Hardened Edge. The tang is pegged with two Mekugi pegs for perfect balance distribution and optimum stress tolerance. The katanas sold will be fully functional for Japanese Tameshigiri cutting exercises.
