The bolsters come from Russian Seymchan meteorite, a  planetory core  believed to be several BILLION years old. Composed of pure iron and nickel the Widmanstatten patterns are brought to life with etching and coloring.....no two pieces ever the same.A special added feature is found in the polished 416 backspacer which has a central section inlaid with another piece of this meteorite. It is then inset with three genuine gognac diamond gems that sparkle like stars. This section is flanked by ropework pattern filework and sections of stippled detail. The interior is also ropeworked and etched with the "NIRO" logo.The 2-3/4" blade is just as exciting being ground from Rob Calcinore's  multi bar mosaic damascus it's high definition pattern fully developed by both etching and coloring. The custom turned thumbstud is fileworked and inset with a brilliant genuine cognac diamond gem stone. Everything about this remarkable folder is top shelf and the handle scales are no exception employing gorgeous ancient Bark Mammoth from the Canadian far north. When examined closely there appears to be silver dusk embedded in the texture of the bark.The liners are premium Titanium, anodized, jeweled on their inner flats and finely fileworked.
