They were in production for only three years , 1980 , 1981 and 1982.. It has never been used , carried or sharpened.. It has the Case Oval  Shield and Bolsters in Nickel Silver with brass pins and liners..It has the very unique shield when pressed down releases the blade from the locked position.. This beauty measures 5 1/4 inches closed.. The  tang has Case XX 10 Dot SS USA with Pat. Pending on the back..
